Free Shipping on orders over $149.99 qualifies for Free Shipping within the continental US. Otherwise $9.99
We ship with USPS, which is the United States Postal Service
Our shipping rate is based on an average of our packaging and shipping costs per order.
Priority Mail is the name they have given their shipping service, it does not mean it is 2-day shipping. We can not control how fast your package gets to you, but usually, 2 to 3 days is average.
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday: We will try to ship within 24 hours, and it should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We receive an extraordinary number of orders over the weekend. All orders placed on the weekend will try to ship by Tuesday and will take 3-5 days to arrive.
After you order, your account will always say processing order because we use PayPal to ship.
Returns
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have any questions about an item, please get in touch with us before placing your order. If you realize you have made a mistake after placing your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours to request changes. Once the order has been shipped, it is final. By placing an order with The Meticulous Manicurist, you acknowledge that you have been informed that all sales are final, except in the event of damage during shipping.
For accuracy, all orders are thoroughly inspected before being shipped. If you are missing an item, you must contact us within 10 days. If your order has been damaged during shipping, don't hesitate to contact the United States Postal Service to make a claim and notify us of that claim. You may be required to email us a photo of the damaged package and goods to receive replacement items.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. International shipping charges vary significantly, so we recommend providing you with an invoice that includes the exact amount to ensure you are not overcharged. Please send an email to salonretail.thepowderroom@gmail.com with a list of all the items you would like, and our customer service team will send you an invoice to pay. Thank you for your patronage; I appreciate all your support. Please note that international shipping is generally more expensive. We do not control the rate and only charge what they charge us.
Package Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Please check your spam folder before contacting us about tracking details, as the most common issue is an error in the email address entered at checkout. You may also log in to your account to confirm the email address provided.
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship the same day, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend ship the following Monday. Please note that the postal service and other carriers may experience delays, which are beyond our control.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We only use reputable carriers, and your tracking number allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. If your package is shown as delivered by the carrier but is missing, we cannot be held responsible for the package, its contents, or the associated cost. In these cases, the buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
