Shipping & Handling

  • Free Shipping on orders over $149.99 qualifies for Free Shipping within the continental US. Otherwise $9.99

  • We ship with USPS, which is the United States Postal Service

  • Our shipping rate is based on an average of our packaging and shipping costs per order.

  • Priority Mail is the name they have given their shipping service, it does not mean it is 2-day shipping. We can not control how fast your package gets to you, but usually, 2 to 3 days is average.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday: We will try to ship within 24 hours, and it should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We receive an extraordinary number of orders over the weekend. All orders placed on the weekend will try to ship by Tuesday and will take 3-5 days to arrive. 

After you order, your account will always say processing order because we use PayPal to ship. 

Returns

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order. If you realize you have made a mistake after placing your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours to make changes. Once the order has been shipped, it is final. By placing an order with The Meticulous Manicurist, you acknowledge that you have been informed that all sales are final except for damage during shipping.

For accuracy, all orders are inspected before they are shipped. If your order has been damaged during shipping, don't hesitate to contact the United States Postal Service to make a claim and notify us of that claim. You may be required to email us a photo of the damaged package and goods to receive replacement items.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. International shipping charges vary so much that it is best we give you an invoice with the exact amount so you are not overcharged. Just send an email to salonretail.thepowderroom@gmail.com with all the items you would like, and customer service will send you an invoice to pay. Thank you for your patronage; I appreciate all your support. Be aware that international shipping is expensive. We do not control the rate and only charge what they charge us.

Package Tracking

You will receive an email with our tracking number when you place an order. Please check your spam folder before emailing about tracking your package. The most common issue with not receiving an email is a mistake when entering your email address. Please log in to your account and check the email address you entered. Your package is mailed the same day if you place the order Monday - Friday and all items are in stock. Shipped on Monday if placed over the weekend. The post office is experiencing delays, but you can track them using the tracking number we sent you.
